Training with James has been a great experience! Starting from a point of never having been to a gym before, 
James’s help with regards to proper form, good habits and coaching has helped not only turn around my physical fitness but also has drastically improved my quality of life. In the 6 months since I started with Titanium Strength Systems, I’ve brought my deadlift max back up to 315 - with good form I might add - put 2 inches on my legs and saw muscle growth all around. I actually feel great, not completely wrecked, after my workouts.

Initially I was skeptical about hiring any personal trainers to assist me with my fitness goals. I was mainly curious about what kind of experience and achievements can be made when hiring a personal trainer. When I first met James in January 2015, I hired him for one season. He made me relearn some of the foundations I had not yet mastered, which I questioned for the first few sessions. Ultimately he corrected many mistakes I have been making from my previous years of training, and allowed me to achieve my best shape that year because of his knowledge and expertise.

I continued to train alone for the remainder of that year, but the training was not the same. James made training fun, productive, and overall a great learning experience. This motivated me to hire James again for a second year in 2016. He has a deep understanding of proper nutrition, physiology, and biomechanics. He displays a passion for fitness. James is a trainer that really devotes his time daily to achieve the best version of himself, so that he can help achieve the best version of you.

 

WHAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER IN PERSON?

We offer body recomposition (gaining muscle and losing body fat), strength and conditioning, and post-rehabilitation training. We work with clients locally to improve their strength, how their body looks and feels, and help them work through injuries once they've been approved by a physician to enter the gym again.
