WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?

Online coaching is the opportunity for you to get a quality coach anywhere in the world. You're no longer stuck with a local trainer's availability and the extraordinary costs that come along with hiring someone out of a commercial gym.

You have the freedom to choose who you want to work, when you want to work with them and you save money in the process. You gain the independence to train freely at whatever hour works best for you and your schedule.


HOW DOES IT WORK?

Online training is a relatively new branch of the personal training industry, but it's evolving quickly. We're now able to offer these services to anyone, anywhere, and at any time. Our programs are given online with videos demonstrations attached to each exercise, you gain access to a Facebook support group to talk with other Titanium Strength Systems clients, and you check in with your coach either weekly or bi-weekly depending on the stage you're at.

We coach you through habit building, lifestyle management, and even exercise technique through Skype. If you need extra help in between sessions, we're available to answer questions via email and Facebook as well.

Titanium Strength Systems has been by far the best personal training I have had so far, alongside with his (James) great sense of humour, he is also incredibly knowledgeable and can break down the biomechanics behind each movement to make sure I understand what I am doing and am doing it properly.

WHO IS ONLINE COACHING FOR?

Online coaching is for anyone who doesn't want to work around a trainer's schedule. The difficult part about training in-person is getting in the schedule at time that meets your needs.

The best part of online coaching is being able to do it from anywhere in the world. You don't even have to be in the same time zone to work with us.

Online coaching is for those looking to be independent in the gym. Someone who feels comfortable enough to be on their own, but still wants some additional assistance to make sure they're moving in the right direction.

We take the confusion out of getting results. We make it simple by working with you and understanding what your needs are so we can overcome the obstacles holding you back.

You are essentially driving the vehicle and we're providing directions along the way.

 

WHO IS ONLINE COACHING NOT FOR?

It's not for everyone. Most of the clients we take on have had a trainer for at least 6 months to a year in the past.

Having someone teach you the basic movement skills is a huge benefit to you since we won't be standing beside you in during your sessions. We will, however, be here to give you direction and help you improve your technique through video feedback.

If you find you're struggling with basic movements, we would advise you to seek out an in-person trainer first. If you still want to pursue online coaching afterwards, we'll be here to help.

 

WHAT KIND OF SERVICES DO YOU OFFER ONLINE?

While we eventually aim to offer a complete diversity of training services, our current services are built around:

Helping you get a lot stronger and staying healthy doing so

 

HOW WILL I GET MY PROGRAMS?

We use Google docs for your programs so every time you update your program, it updates them in real-time. We also provide an entire portfolio for you to keep you up to date with your progress. Programs, pictures, videos, body composition scans, and check-in histories are all kept on file so you know exactly where you're at just by checking your portfolio.

 

WILL SOMEONE SIT DOWN WITH ME AND EXPLAIN HOW THE PROGRAMS WORK?

Absolutely. We want to make sure you're 100% confident with what you're doing the second you walk into the gym.

 

CAN I ASK FOR EXTRA HELP IF I NEED IT?

Without hesitation. Our goal is to make sure you feel you have the tools to succeed with our coaching. Never hesitate to ask for help.

 

HOW DOES NUTRITION WORK?

Our nutrition coaching is primarily based around habit building. While we do offer macronutrient goals for you if needed, most people need to build good habits before they begin to worry about specific details like hitting your macros within small margins. In some scenarios, we may ask you to count certain macronutrients like your protein intake, but it is heavily dependent on the person.

Most of the time, our coaching sessions are built around daily life and learning how to eat for your goal. A couple of easy examples would be slowing down and enjoying the food you eat, having a separate eating time or place away from your work desk to remove the likeliness of mindless eating, or having protein with each meal.

 

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT NUTRITION HELP?

That's fine too. We won't force your hand, but we do highly recommend taking advantage of it. It comprises a very large portion of the results you see from your work in the gym.

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We charge $50 per week for coaching and $68.75 per week for coaching & nutrition. These can also be paid in monthly installments or you can prepay for a 3-6 month package and save upwards of $200.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM TERM I CAN SIGN UP FOR?

Yes. We coach people for a minimum of 3 months. This ensures that we have the opportunity to help you do more than just lay the foundations. We want to help you be successful long term and that requires some time to develop the skills you'll need now and down the road.
