We believe fitness should not be a 30, 60, or 90 day journey. Instead, we aim to help you build the habits you need to make this a lifelong success.

This isn't going to be an overnight process. We'll work with you to change your habits, build a successful foundation to grow from, and teach you how to keep growing long after your coaching with us has ended.

VANESSA BROWN, REGISTERED DIETICIAN Vanessa is a Registered Dietitian (#1298) with the College of Dietitians of BC. Vanessa has a background in Nutrition and Kinesiology, holding Bachelor degrees in both. With a passion for people, nutrition and exercise, she works to create small, manageable changes that result in a healthier, longer-lasting lifestyle. Vanessa holds a high level of professionalism and strives in a collaborative approach. With experience in various Dietetics fields, including Foodservice Management, Sports, Clinical and Private Practice, Vanessa brings a wealth of experience to the table. Using motivational interviewing techniques, a personalize approach and providing evidenced-based information, clients continue to return with satisfaction.
